Yes, we make a great team. Our time spent together is always valued, whether working or playing, discussing a project or the weekend endeavors. We have no issues pushing, prodding, testing, teasing, or competing with one another because we genuinely like each other. That’s important because being able to trust one another and work through solutions creates a better product. That’s not to say the competition when we’re playing isn’t fierce – it is – and the focus when we’re working is acute. We treat each project as if we were building it for ourselves and enjoy nothing more than a job done well – together.
